Thirsty Thursday

Top Tip for today - avoid sugary drinks, treat your stomach with respect and it will thank you for it and show you it's gratitude by not bloating out!!

Avoid
  • fizzy drinks
  • fruit juices
  • so called "low fat" drinks like flavoured waters - always read the labels and look out for sugar levels.  Marks and Spencer Raspberry iced tea has 22g of sugar!!!!
  • lager

Fill Your Boots
  • water
  • green tea (add a slice of lemon for extra zing!)
  • coconut water
  • almond milk (Blue Diamond is the best, avoid Alpro - this brand has a higher sugar level)

Change your drinking habits and do 4 sets of 15 stomach crunches and 4 60 second planks everyday for 14 days and I promise you will see and feel a noticeable difference in your stomach.
