Yesterday saw the opening night of Cheryl's (nee Cole) solo UK tour. And she looked to be on fine form (all that training with Tracey Anderson has most definitely paid dividends).
That stomach and those abs are lust worthy. And if she looks like this on the first night, imagine what she'll look like by the final show....2 hours of non stop dancing and jumping around the stage night after night....that tum is only going to get tauter.

Don't look at these pics and feel jealous or disheartened as you compare it with your soft tum. Instead use these images as inspiration and motivation for you to get your own taut tum ... anything is possible if you put your mind to it (and step away, far away from the biscuit tin)
