- fruit juices
- so called "low fat" drinks like flavoured waters - always read the labels and look out for sugar levels. Marks and Spencer Raspberry iced tea has 22g of sugar!!!!
- lager
Fill Your Boots
- water
- green tea (add a slice of lemon for extra zing!)
- coconut water
- almond milk (Blue Diamond is the best, avoid Alpro - this brand has a higher sugar level)
Change your drinking habits and do 4 sets of 15 stomach crunches and 4 60 second planks everyday for 14 days and I promise you will see and feel a noticeable difference in your stomach.
